Over the past 5 years, Melanie has developed a highly successful career in radio broadcasting, as creator and host of her show “Jazz on the Bay” on RTE Radio 1, interviewing top US jazz musicians and featuring their music, which won a PPI/National Radio Award of Ireland. She also co-produced and hosted the popular three-part documentary on the Foxrock Folk Club for RTE. She was also invited by NPR to host the series on the Cork Jazz Festival for WDUQ, affiliated with the Smithsonian Institution. See below for all links.
